The Gold bars we have been looking into creating Tungsten versions of have two main differences, loose bars or bars sealed in an Assay. Loose bars are similar to coins, whereas sealed bars are usually in some form of tamper proof plastic packaging. Forging such extra measures does increase cost, but should also increase your buyers confidence when handling our products, further reducing the chance of drilling thus extending the lifetime of the product. We have not decided fully which bars we will produce yet, however we have managed to reproduce some popular assay cards with plastic packaging.
It is likely we will produce a range of bar sizes/weights in the future with Tungsten cores, both with and without assays.
Some mints we have considered are as follows;
Baird & Co.
Sunshine Minting Inc
